Entertainment options abound with a massive 85" TV in the living room and a 75" TV in the bedroom. Central air conditioning and an in-unit washer and dryer ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. **Important Note on the View: The unit is on the 10th floor and overlooks the parking lot. While privacy-reflective windows reduce visibility from outside, we recommend closing the curtains for added privacy, especially at night in the living room and bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large island with seating, a full-size refrigerator, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals during your stay. The spa-like bathroom features a walk-in shower with a luxurious ceiling-mounted rain shower-head. Additional perks includes one free assigned parking stall for your convenience. The designated parking stall is located on the 10th floor, making it incredibly convenient when you're staying in the unit on the same level. Alternatively, guests are welcome to park in any unassigned stall within the parking structure, starting from the 6th floor and above. We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. If any building amenities such as the pool, gym, or hot-tub will be closed, we will provide advance notice in the listing description and our first welcome message. All emergency closures, amenity disruptions including emergency water shut off's are out of the host's control and are ineligible for refunds or compensation.

Great location if you are looking for a clean and convenient place with a variety of breakfast and lunch options during the weekdays. The place was just as described and the reserved parking spot was the icing one the cake! We had an amazing stay and felt right at home. The house was spotless, and the instructions for accessing the unit were straightforward and very detailed.
