The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Unit Size Approximately 533 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Beds Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.

Condo was as pictured. Locations great. Walking distance to beach, shops and food. The space is small. No place to unpack your clothes one small closet with hangers. Bathroom is tight. However we made it work. Host left chocolates and water for our arrival. Plenty of parking in garage Rented a Jeep which did fit! Facility is a bit run down. Elevators do take a long time. Pool is nice. Other side with grills that you pay by coin is old and sad looking. The view of Diamond head is nice.

The wonderful accommodations made our stay in Waikiki delightfully pleasant. The added value of included parking was extremely convenient. The Waikiki Banyan building is very well positioned, only a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a Starbucks, ABC stores and other conveniences footsteps away. The host team was extremely communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The foam mattresses were very comfortable and the bathroom met all our needs. The decor is very attractive and the lanai provided additional space, handy for air drying beach towels and swim suits. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a very large condo complex that is on the south end of Waikiki. Pros: Hosts were always responsive & gave very clear instructions. Unit was clean and had and updated kitchen and bath The beds are memory foam & comfy. There were 4 of us & my teen daughter opted for the sleeper sofa - which is too firm, no give whatsoever. The A/C units kept us cool and were nice to come home to. Each floor has laundry & is operated by Payrange (app). Super easy to use & nearly always available. The coffee shop & market in the bldg were super handy and convenient. The unit is extremely quiet. Never heard anyone, despite being right outside the elevators. VERY sound proof. Easy access to Freeway. Cons: No serving bowls/dishes except for a few large plastic mixing bowls. Some of the linens smelled of B.O. Some fixes are needed and will hopefully be addressed soon (bathroom door wouldn't close & an outlet wasn't working). Curtains are not functional with pull cord.

Great place to stay! Awesome and clean tiled kitchen and bathrooms! Nice TV and living space and perfect for the kids with the playground and pool just downstairs! Walking distance from the beach! ABC stores all close by for small needs and goods! Small issues with AC in living room but Audrey was quick and helpful in fixing it! All in all… 5 stars! Enjoy!
