Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!l

The apartment is actually nice. Unfortunately, the building itself is very outdated. The halls, carpet, lights, paint on the walls and the laundry room are very outdated. One of the washers was out of service and one of the dryers damaged our new clothes. It had has some kind of burned rubber and left black spots everywhere, damage was worth $300.00. Don’t use them! Security people and staff in the building need to smile and be friendly. People were smoking in the jacuzzi so we had to get out after 5 minutes. Didn’t feel safe with a family. We are planning on coming back to Hawaii in two months but will not stay here again. Although this is not a hotel, It would have been nice to have heard from the host to check on us. Especially when a family is traveling. During our stay, the elevators and public areas were full of construction people fixing the pipes and they had signs all over the building about it. Although we were not affected by it, our entire stay was not what we expect

Place was in an excellent location walkable to most bars, restaurant, beach with overnight parking for $40 a night which is about average for Waikiki but very convenient. Clean nicely decorated and had all the essentials. Only negative was the paper thin walls because the street sounds and the sounds from other rooms was a lot, if you’re a light sleeper you would need ear plugs.

We had a great stay here. The bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was amazing, towels and bodyboards available to take to the beach, extremely easy check-in and check-out process, and the host always was checking in on how things were going. Thanks for hosting such a fun week for us:)
