The studio is designed with a well equipped kitchenette that includes a coffee maker, fresh Hawaiian coffee, utensils, microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a gorgeous back-lit mirror and a walk-in shower with all your shower essentials included. Fresh clean towels and linens are provided and additional towels may be available upon request. The building has many amenities to offer including a pool deck, paid laundry facility, gym and a convenience store all on the 6th floor. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Guests who do not plan to use the gym are not required to pay this fee. Unit Size Approximately 305-316 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units. Annual Pool Closure: Please be advised that the Island Colony pool and jacuzzi deck will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance beginning Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 PM. The pool and jacuzzi area are scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 17 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this temporary closure!

House rules
We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. We also ask that guests cooperate with the building's policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as needed. If any building amenities such as the pool, gym, or hot-tub will be closed, we will provide advance notice in the listing description and our first welcome message. It is our policy for guests to read the entire listing description to avoid confusion during their stay. All emergency closures, amenity disruptions including emergency water shut off's are out of the host's control and are ineligible for refunds or compensation.

The place was as the pictures showed, minus the chocolate gifts on the tray. The linens were clean and there were beach items available for use on the balcony. The room is next door to the elevators but you don’t hear them unless you’re in the bathroom which there is some beeping. It’s on the 7th floor which is great, but there are no stairs available if you don’t want to take the elevator. Overall, it was clean and close to lots of things without the busyness of the resort fronts!

Our stay was amazing. The amenities were helpful. The location was very close to everything, not beachfront so very private not too many people making the building feel very secure. Maintenance was always on top of it however we did notice a strong odor in the building but not in the unit itself. Be careful the air conditioner leaks causing a slip hazard on the balcony. Also, the posting advertises "4 beds" however we learned the hard way there was only one King bed and one fold out chair thing (very uncomfortable) we later saw that the fine print says you must notify in advance for the extra bed and linens.

I usually don’t like to do this however, I just want to make sure that no one goes through this situation. Let me start by saying that pictures are deceiving. If you are a couple the unit is ok, but if you are bringing a third person prepare to take turns on the bed because the fold chair/single bed is super uncomfortable, bathroom is not suitable for tall/big people. The balcony is unsafe due to a constant water drip from the AC, if you are walking without shoes, good chance you will fall, that makes this area hazardous. The smell by the entrance door and in the hallway is disgusting, when the elevator takes too long you get sick to your stomach. One last thing the unit book rules state, do not eat on the bed but wait there’s not a table nor chairs inside the unit, no countertops, no place to eat.
