In addition to the standard hotel amenities, here are some of the additional perks I provide for my guests: - Complimentary coffee pods for use with a Keurig machine. - Luxurious mattress topper and high-quality beddings. - Large bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. - A Dyson hair dryer. - Large cotton bath towels. - A compact wagon that you can use for your daily activities or trips to the beach. - 4 beach chairs and a cooler. The Ala Moana Hotel is a luxurious 4-star resort with exclusive facilities. The modern lobby area offers luggage storage and an on-site convenience store. There is also a Starbucks in the hotel! The stunning pool deck is perfect for relaxation with unlimited usage of beach towels. The hotel also features a signature 5-star restaurant, offering an exceptional dining experience. The DADA face and hair spa, voted number one on Oahu, provides pampering services. For fitness enthusiasts, the hotel has a fully equipped gym. Valet services are available for convenience. The neighborhood surrounding the Ala Moana Hotel can be best described as upscale, with luxury high-rises punctuating the skyline and adding a sense of grandeur to the area. Important Notes: As a private rental not associated with the hotel, I am unable to offer daily housekeeping. We require all guests to adhere to the building’s rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. These include: • No smoking inside the unit or in any restricted areas. • No parties or events to maintain a peaceful environment. • Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM as a courtesy to other residents. Guests must also comply with building policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as they arise. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in these matters. If any building amenities, such as the pool, gym, or hot tub, are scheduled to be closed, we will provide advance notice in the listing description and our first welcome message. To prevent misunderstandings, we ask all guests to carefully read the entire listing description before booking. Please note that emergency closures, amenity disruptions, and utility shut-offs are beyond the host’s control and are therefore not eligible for refunds or compensation. Overall a nice stay. Great hosts! Very accommodating and obviously experienced. Cute decor and great design. Very clean! The linens and pillows were comfortable, and the beds were decently comfortable. Enjoyed having access to the convenience store & breakfast buffet in the hotel. Being able to walk to the mall gave us a lot to do/places to eat. We were grateful for the paid guest laundry on floors 6&13…We needed it. A few ‘good to know’ details are: bathroom is nice and clean but it’s quite tight. A little stool tucked under the floating vanity would be a great addition for little ones to wash their hands. The toilet is very low as is the shower head. Pool was on the chilly side and had no true shallow end for the kids but it did look like a lovely environment for adults on a hot day. City noise was a bit loud but to be expected. Lastly, you can call for trash pick up as needed which was great. My daughter didn’t want to leave. We will be back.
