The living area includes a queen sofa sleeper for added sleeping flexibility, along with a twin bunk bed to comfortably accommodate additional guests. Unwind with a 75-inch TV for entertainment and enjoy fast, reliable Wi-Fi for streaming, work, or staying connected during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes all your daily cooking essentials—from salt and pepper and cooking oils to small appliances such as a toaster and blender, along with a full oven range, cooktop, and microwave, all included in your stay. A full-size refrigerator with a bottom freezer provides plenty of space for groceries and longer stays. Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Sofa Beds Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Bunk Beds Bunk beds are available in the unit. For safety, the minimum age requirement is 6 years old. The maximum weight is 110 lbs per bunk, with a total combined weight limit of 220 lbs for the bunk bed system. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations.
