The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $47 per day, payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.

This AirBnB was great! Easy check in and beautiful area. Beach and Ala Moana shopping area was about a 5 minute walk and plenty of restaurants to eat from. We had a pleasant stay. The only thing I would say is that we wished we had more towels sets but Jayden and his team was super responsive and got us what we needed right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable place. Loved the mattress and the quality and softness of the linens. Big plus was the outdoor patio set. I loved lounging in it and eating most of our meals outside. It’s in a great location in Waikiki, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle.. But close enough to reach the beach, Target, and restaurants in no time.

I stayed here the first 5 days of my vacation and felt like the location was perfect and the room was very clean. I regret getting a car because this place is 5 minutes walking distance from Ross, MANY restaurants, a mall, and waikiki strip. It is definitely a prime location. Parking here was an additional $45 a day. I loved the breakfast spot downstairs called49forty niners". I spent about 13 dollars on pancake with eggs and spam (you could get bacon instead of spam) and a fountain drink. I also LOVED that there's a store on the 6th floor where you can buy food, beer, water, soap, snacks, etc. It is located on the 6th floor and I wish I knew about it when I first got there. The pool was nice, but closed for a few days during my stay. The room has a HUGE TV in the room equipped with cable and you can connect your netflix on it as well, I'm pretty sure the TV is bigger than 65 inches. my only complaint is there aren't towel holders in the bathroom.

My fiance and I had a nice stay here. Jayden's instructions for checking in were perfect and crystal clear. Some nice accommodations included a pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, laundry room, and a convenient store that's open until 10pm and all of this was on the 6th floor. The location was great and worth the price because the strip was within a good walking distance while also being close to the freeway to venture out to other parts of the island. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Growing up I stay at Island Colony so I knew the building well. This unit worked great for my family of 4 during our stay. Had a small kitchen so we could do some light cooking and loved the deck. I messaged when i needed something and was blown away at how fast I got it. Communication was great!
