PROJECT TIMELINE Start Date: Monday, October 21, 2025 Duration: Approximately 6 months to 12 months Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Excludes weekends and federal holidays) SCOPE OF WORK The project will include the following: • Concrete Repair Painting • Limited Deck Waterproofing (as needed) Please note, the schedule is subject to change based on the amount of concrete spalling discovered, weather, and unforeseen conditions. Noise Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM There will be loud jackhammering and griding noises during the repair process. Please note that noise and vibrations may travel to adjacent units. CLOSURES, ACCESS & SAFETY The work will be accessed from swing stage scaffolding systems. For safety reasons, the areas under the swing stages (including partial patios) will be blocked off during work hours. Please refer to the notices and schedules as the project progresses for updated closure locations. Signs will be posted to denote closed parking stalls and patio doors. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Unit Size Approximately 392 sqft of interior living space, plus a 56 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One assigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6ft'2. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.
