PROJECT TIMELINE Start Date: Monday, October 21, 2025 Duration: Approximately 6 months to 12 months Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Excludes weekends and federal holidays) SCOPE OF WORK The project will include the following: • Concrete Repair Painting • Limited Deck Waterproofing (as needed) Please note, the schedule is subject to change based on the amount of concrete spalling discovered, weather, and unforeseen conditions. Noise Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM There will be loud jackhammering and griding noises during the repair process. Please note that noise and vibrations may travel to adjacent units. CLOSURES, ACCESS & SAFETY The work will be accessed from swing stage scaffolding systems. For safety reasons, the areas under the swing stages (including partial patios) will be blocked off during work hours. Please refer to the notices and schedules as the project progresses for updated closure locations. Signs will be posted to denote closed parking stalls and patio doors. Guest Support My team is local, on-site, and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout your stay. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly, as luggage storage is not available on-site. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Unit Size Approximately 392 sqft of interior living space, plus a 56 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Parking One assigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6ft'2. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.

Stayed 3nights 4days as honeymoon. The location was good near from Waikiki beach even it has parasole and chairs. (I storgnly recommend to use it) Marugame udon, Iyasume musube etc. somewhere traver's famous place is within 10min walks. Check in was a liitle bit complicated but not that much. and it has even own parking lot so once u rent a car you don't need to hustle to pay crazy parkig pay great experience. and they respond at least 30mins. but they don't get the phone. So don't waste your balance to make a phone call. the best thing ever was hair dryer.

Everything was great easy check in good location only downside which host has no control over is that there was a severely mentally ill unhoused man who had a rough night and due likely to schizophrenia was yelling at someone the entire night, one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had In awhile. Our medical system has failed our mentally ill. They really need more ppl advocating for change to support the need for better treatment.

Loved this Airbnb! We had a comfortable stay during our weeklong stay in Oahu. Everything was clean and tidy. Jayden and his team were very kind and even let us check in early. It was so convenient that they provided beach chairs and beach towels. As others have already mentioned, it is located centrally in Waikiki so you will hear people on the streets at night.

Nice place, just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Great walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Parking is a bit tricky, we rented a Jeep Rubicon and could not make it to the 3rd floor of the parking garage because the roof would have hit a beam. If we had been on the second floor it would have been fine. Best to go with a smaller vehicle if you don’t know exactly where you will be parking. The location is great for access to many things but it is a bit noisy at night. It’s city living so be prepared for that and you’ll enjoy your stay. We had a great time and most likely would stay again.

Die Lage ist wirklich ideal – alles Wichtige ist fussläufig zu erreichen, und das Viertel ist lebendig und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entdecken. Besonders angenehm war die gut ausgestattete Küche mit gratis Kaffee – ein schöner Pluspunkt für den Start in den Tag. Das Bett war super bequem und hat für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt. Allerdings sind die Fenster etwas schlecht isoliert, sodass Strassenlärm und gelegentliche Windgeräusche zu hören sind. Für jemanden mit leichtem Schlaf könnte das störend sein. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen, die wir jedoch weiterempfehlen würden!

Fantastic place. Very homely and well thought out/designed for guests. Pillows were comfy, desk and chair were ergonomic for working. Wi-Fi was great, kitchen was well equipped and the laundry option in the building worked out for us perfectly too. All in all it was perfect for our 10-day stay. The beach equipment and free parking were a nice touch. The hosts were extremely responsive and even fixed our issue with our auto-locking door within ~10mins of asking them. It can be a little loud at night but we didn’t mind it given we were staying in downtown Waikiki. 10/10 I’d stay here again.
