Check-in is a breeze with 24/7 front desk check-in services. Entrance door is equipped smartlock pin. The parking structure is attached to the building with direct access to guest rooms. Parking fee is paid on the 2nd level of the parking structure. Current parking rate is $35/daily subject to change. We’re here to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Rental cars are available across the street and easy Uber or Lyft pickups available for getting around the island and to the airport. Without traffic, the airport is just a short 20min ride to the Honolulu International Airport. Sofa Bed & Murphy Bed This unit includes a sofa bed and a Murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use either or both during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure they are properly prepared. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $35 per day (will change to $45 on Jun. 1st, 2026), payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.
