This isn't just any bunk bed, but one that has been thoughtfully designed with convenience and utility in mind. The bed can be fully folded away when not in use, instantly transforming the room and freeing up valuable space for your day-to-day activities. This flexibility makes the living room adaptable to your needs, whether you require extra space for relaxation or for entertaining guests. (weight restrictions apply) We also provide a single-size, foldable rollaway bed. This bed is perfect for accommodating additional guests, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. When not needed, just like the bunk bed, it can be easily folded away to keep the space open and uncluttered. For your entertainment, you can enjoy the convenience of having large flat screen TVs - one in each room, allowing each member of your family or small group to watch their favorite shows in comfort. The quiet split AC system in each room ensures that you can relax and completely unwind. This one-of-a-kind unit is the perfect choice for families and small groups looking to have a comfortable and unforgettable stay. The Bedroom: The king room is a tranquil oasis, featuring an incredibly comfortable king-size bed with a cloud-like mattress, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, and two closet areas. One of the closets is dedicated to beach equipment, while the other is for your personal items and drawers. You can enjoy beautiful city, Diamond Head, and ocean views while relaxing in bed or unwinding in the room. The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, a microwave oven, a full-size refrigerator, an electric cooktop, and a Keurig coffee maker. The Pacific Monarch is conveniently located in Central Waikiki, just 1 block away from the center of Waikiki Beach. BIKI stations are available around the corner to the apartment building. The famous Musubi Cafe is located on the 1st floor lobby. Enjoy nearby surf rentals, surf lessons, and tour activities. Rental cars are available across the street and easy Uber or Lyft pickups available for getting around the island and to the airport. Without traffic, the airport is just a short 20min ride to the Honolulu International Airport. A quick 5min walk to the international market place and just steps away from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. *Parking rate change notice: Please note that starting June 1st 2026, the parking rate will be changed to $45 per day.  Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay.

 Unit Size Approximately 543 sqft of interior living space, plus a 43 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Bunk Beds Bunk beds are available in the unit. For safety, the minimum age requirement is 6 years old. The maximum weight is 110 las per bunk, with a total combined weight limit of 220 lbs for the bunk bed system.
 Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $35 per day (will change to $45 on Jun. 1st, 2026), payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. We highly recommend guests consider purchasing travel insurance prior to confirming reservation. Travel insurance can help protect your trip in the event of unexpected schedule changes, delays, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. Location & City Environment The property is situated in central Waikiki, a vibrant and active area. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.
