The property is in a great, convenient location, and Jayden was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the unit. The building appears to be older and not well maintained. Although the unit size was adequate, the ventilation and indoor air quality were poor. One bathroom had no ventilation, and the exhaust fan in the other was very dusty. The air conditioners had a noticeable musty odor, and we observed visible black mold inside one AC unit. The living room AC was also very loud, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. In addition, the freezer did not work properly and could not keep ice cream frozen. Overall cleanliness could have been better. Considering the relatively high rental price, we expected the property to be cleaner and better maintained.

My family of six, 4 adults and 2 kids had an amazing stay here. The property looks exactly like the photos and even more gorgeous in person. It was well stocked with essential items needed to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The building is very quiet and calm and the location only 4 minute walk from the beach, shops, lots of restaurants, and easily accessible to multiple access points to public transit. The hosts were exceptional from the moment we booked with them. They are proactive, extremely responsive and so hospitable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The 2 rooms 3 beds were perfect for our 4 person family. The room was so close to everything. We did not need a car everything you need is within walking distance. The room is surrounded by food vendors and restaurants. The mall is 4 blocks away in every direction. The beach is a block away. The place is in a perfect location with low traffic at the entrance.

Would've been 5 stars but these problems were too big for this high of a price point The garage remote didn't work, and the number the hosts gave us went to voicemail. After finally reaching someone, they kept troubleshooting before giving us a replacement. It took 1 hour There was also painting work that blocked our parking spot, which we were never told about even though it had apparently been scheduled months in advance. Parking was a major reason we booked. The host offered a different spot we could only use from 8-4, which wasn't practical Eventually they gave us a pass for a nearby garage. Great! But why wasn't communicated & offered from the start? The painters also asked us to turn off the AC because condensation affected their work. In Hawaii in May Finally, one bed smelled strongly of body odor. Even with new sheets it turned out to be the mattress, so one of us had to sleep on the pull out couch the entire stay. Didn't ask for a replacement bc we were just busy and tired atp

Jaden and his team, specifically Audrey, we're very responsive and accommodating when we learned the parking would not be available due to some maintenance on the building. They were quick to find us alternative parking and responsive all hours of the day. The location is a perfect location as it is only a block and a half off the beach in Waikiki. It is fairly spacious and the kitchen has all that you need. Even the extra little fridge in the back hallway came in useful. I would definitely stay here as the value for the location is incredible and confortably fit our entire family.

WOW! Everything was amazing! Check in instructions and process are simple and easy to follow. Jayden and his team were amazing accommodating our requests and responding immediately when we had additional questions. This apartment is 2 blocks from the beach and everything is walking distance within 2-4 minutes in every direction. Shops, food, restaurants, literally everything is within a short distance. The unit itself was beautifully designed and made to truly meet your every need. AC units are powerful! Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and clean! We truly loved our stay. We travel to Oahu very often and we will definitely book with Jayden and his team again. Their service is top tier! Thank you for everything!

This was our home away from home and we felt very comfortable and right at home. The place was exactly what was described/shown in the pictures. We were a party of 5 and it was a perfect fit for us with plenty of space. The linens were nice and clean and we had plenty of bath and beach towels to use from. The home is beautifully decorated and very modern. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious when we made breakfast and dinner. Jayden and his team were very quick to respond when we needed their assistance. The area is walkable to the beach and to so many other places. If I were to come back I would definitely book my stay here again!

The apartment itself was really nice and updated. We appreciated having beach chairs and towels to borrow. The building it is in is quite old and getting in is a bit complicated, but it is in a great location to get around downtown Waikiki Beach. Just don't be alarmed that the shape of the building is very different than the apartment itself!

Our stay was wonderful! The unit looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious. Great location to a lot of walkable shops and small restaurants. Jayden was very responsive and always polite and answered my questions to the T! I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay at another location with this company…even the same unit!!
