This is a small but clean apartment in a great location. On first glance, the building looks a bit dated and sketchy, but step inside and you'll be impressed by the cleanliness and amenities of this small space. Prime location just steps from the beach and all the bustle of downtown Waikiki. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants. One member of our party spent hours reading on one of the balconies. Overall a great value for the price in a very secure building in a cool location.

Jayden’s place is exactly like the photos, with a beautiful interior and cute balconies. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need with very new appliances—lovely place to cook and gather with the family. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms pristine. Great place for a family, with easy access to Waikiki Beach and great eateries, shopping, etc. Well worth the price. As mentioned it is located in an older building, but once inside the apartment, this is inconsequential. We would definitely stay here with our family again.

Great unit at an amazing location. Our family of 6 with 4 adults and 2 little ones had easy access to the beach, lots of restaurant options, markets, all within walking distance. We've stayed in this building before, but this was our first time in Jayden's unit and its by far been our favorite. Having 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each made it comfortable for everyone to rest easy and spread out. A pack n play was requested ahead of time and it was clean, perfect for our needs, and it fit best between the 2 beds in Bedroom #1. Jayden and team were very communicative about the space, location, and parking access.

Location was super walkable to Waikiki beaches and eateries. We also really liked the aesthetic of the place! Lastly, the amenities were really appreciated! We had coffee, tea kettle, shower washes, and beach towels available to us - this place is really everything you need on a beach vacation.

We had a lovely stay at Jayden’s Airbnb. The place was beautifully decorated and felt very homey. The location was perfect—just a few feet from the beach and the main strip, making it easy to explore Waikiki. We did encounter issues with the stove, so we couldn't cook much beyond eggs. Jayden kindly offered to help, but we didn’t want to trouble him. The space felt smaller than expected, but that’s typical for Waikiki. The beds were firmer than I prefer, which caused some discomfort. While the place is stylish and comfortable, I’m unsure if it was worth the high price given the minor setbacks. Nonetheless, Jayden and his team were attentive and made our stay pleasant. If you’re looking for a place to stay and don’t mind anything from above, this is a great place! Very comfy and relaxing.

Very spacious and aesthetic place! The kitchen was fully stocked and the living room has a comfy electric sofa bed. It’s perfect walking distance to all the shops we wanted. They also include beach rentals which we used them every time and helped us save money. Overall, an outstanding place!
