 Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly, as luggage storage is not available on-site.
 Unit Size Approximately 533 sqft of interior living space, plus a 67 sqft private patio / lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs.
 Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay. Parking One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations.
 Cancellation Policy All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific policy applied. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation. Once a reservation is confirmed, travel dates may not be modified. Building Operations The property is located within a privately managed building. From time to time, building management may conduct routine maintenance, fire alarm testing, inspections, or other operational work that could temporarily affect services such as water, electricity, elevators, or common areas. These activities are controlled by building management and are outside of the our control. While these situations are not frequent, they can occasionally occur as part of normal building operations. As with most city locations, guests may occasionally notice sounds from street traffic, nearby businesses, building activity, or neighboring units.

  Our stay at Jayden’s place checked all our boxes. While there is slightly more wear and tear than in the photos, everything was well-appointed and clean, and the space was perfect for our family of four. The only thing to note is that the Waikiki Banyan is part-hotel and is very big (39 floors). Between the housekeeping staff utilizing the same elevator banks and the number of people going up and down from their rooms, we sometimes had to wait for a long time for an empty elevator.

  It is exactly like the pictures! We had 3 people and were able to figure out how to WFH for a week. Everything was perfect! We even got a little chocolate treat, and the place had Tupperware and beautiful plates set that we definitely used, considering how much we ate out and brought back leftovers. Wish there were more plugs and that there was a dedicated area to put your shoes. It got sandy fast and considering there’s obviously no room service, we didn’t really have a place to put our sandy and muddy shoes. Sofa bed was nice and firm but it was a little unclear how to set it up. A sentence in the description somewhere would have been nice :)

  Great Family Getaway in a Prime Location! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic—just an 8-minute walk to Waikiki Beach and surrounded by delicious food options. The free parking was a huge bonus for our family. The property itself is nicely updated and offers stunning views of the canal and mountains. We especially loved the huge 75-inch TV, which was perfect for family movie nights. The shared swimming pool was a nice touch, providing a great spot to relax. As noted in previous reviews, there are some scuffs and wear from past guests, but that didn’t detract from our experience at all. One small suggestion would be to add an extra curtain in the shower area, as the half glass doesn’t completely prevent water from splashing out and making the floor wet. Overall, this place has everything we needed and more. Highly recommend for a fantastic family vacation! 🤙
