The location of the property is second to none as it is situated right on the beachfront, providing captivating views and easy access to the beach for you to enjoy. The condo is renovated by the Aston, a brand synonymous with luxury designs and high-end amenities. As you step into the expansive living room, you are greeted by the beautiful ocean view streaming through large floor-ceiling windows. The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a queen sofa sleeper, making it an ideal spot for relaxing during the day or accommodating additional guests comfortably. A stylish leather lounge chair further enhances your relaxation experience. The master bedroom is spacious and elegant, boasting ocean views and floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the balcony. The ensuite bathroom features a large freestanding bathtub, Toto toilets, and a washer and dryer. The second bedroom, furnished with two comfortable twin beds, is ideal for children or friends, providing everyone with their own cozy space. The large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven range and cooktop, a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, and a dishwasher.For coffee lovers, we've upgraded our offerings to include a Breville Nespresso Creatista Plus (with milk frother) and complimentary espresso pods for your morning latte. Additionally, you'll find a full pour-over set with a Fellow Stagg EKG Electric Kettle, filter, and Bodum Bistro Electric Coffee Grinder, perfect for enjoying your favorite coffee beans. The Waikiki Beach Tower is a high-end condomium located in the heart of Waikiki, an easy stroll to many casual and fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Water sports and equipment rentals can be found just across the street. Building Amenities: - Heated main pool + children's (Keiki's) pool. - Jacuzzi / jet spa. - Gym - Aloha Lounge - Yoga Studio. - Lockers, showers and restrooms (amenity deck) - BBQ Area. Noise from these renovation projects, including drilling, is to be expected. Work hours will be restricted to 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. If found smoking, the fee is $650 plus tax charged by the building association. - Building and suites are smoke-free and pet-free. - Amenity access are subject to availability by the Association, owner is not responsible if it is closed. - Advance notice required for the use of the queen sofa sleeper. Please let us know so we may coordinate with our cleaning team.

We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. These include no smoking inside the unit and no parties or events. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. We also ask that guests cooperate with the building's policies regarding emergency situations, repairs, maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and water shut-offs as needed. If any building amenities such as the pool, gym, or hot-tub will be closed, we will provide advance notice in the listing description and our first welcome message. It is our policy for guests to read the entire listing description to avoid confusion during their stay. All emergency closures, amenity disruptions including emergency water shut off's are out of the host's control and are ineligible for refunds or compensation.

A++ apartment in an A++ location. The unit was beautifully furnished and very well maintained, with everything you could want. It was the rare AirBnB that didn't give us that ick feeling after a few days. And the location is ideal, right across the street from Waikiki Beach and walking distance to everything in the area. This place is so beautiful, as soon as you open the door it’s like entering paradise. It was so spacious for my group and we had everything we needed. The location with a McDonalds right around the corner was spectacular! Lol everything was walkable distance and the beach wasn’t too far from the condominium! EVERYTHING was PERFECT! The location is awesome - right across the street from Kuhio beach and literally steps to the main Waikiki strip - Kalakaua Ave. Included valet parking was very useful and convenient! The condo unit itself was modern, enough room to host our family with five adults and 1 infant. The pictures were accurate, really nice looking place. The lanai was large enough with great patio furniture to lounge on and great view of the beach and oceanfront. Beach gear was provided (towels, chairs, mats, boogie boards, cooler) and wagon to haul the gear was super useful. It was great they had a pack and play available for the little guy. The Toto washlet toilets were great! Shawn and team were responsive to our needs - the AC unit in the bedroom stopped working and the building maintenance was dispatched right away and fixed it within that hour. Would definitely stay at this condo at Waikiki Beach Tower on our next trip to Hawaii - Mahalo!
