 Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. Luggage storage may be available through the building front desk for a fee. Housekeeping This property is privately managed and not associated with the hotel, therefore housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. The unit will be stocked with basic daily essentials based on the reservation size and length of stay.

 Unit Size Approximately 443 sqft of interior living space, plus a 143 sqft private patio / lanai area. Sofa Bed Sofa beds are provided for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure it is properly prepared. Parking Self-parking available in the building garage for $35 per day (will change to $45 on Jun. 1st, 2026), payable at the on-site parking vending machine. Rates are subject to change. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage.   Perfect location just up the street from the beach. Outside the door is the perfect coffee stand and two feet away is the best spam musubi shop and plate lunch spot! Great host and loved the rooftop pool, hot tub, and sauna! The condo a/c worked fantastic and the place was very comfortable. It was pretty windy during our stay, so we didn’t really use the lanai, but it was so nice to have that extra space too! Highly recommend!

  The room itself was amazing let’s start with that. The pool and chairs around it are extremely run down and quite frankly kinda gross. The noise from outside is kinda a lot but we’re used to noise where we are from back home. The front desk staff are very disinterested in being helpful, we had some issues with them being rude or feeling blown off by them. The elevators take the LONGEST time, it’s actually quite odd. The location is great, very walkable to the beach and so much other stuff around the area. The unit was beautiful, just happens to be in a kinda run down building. If the front desk staff was better and the amenity they have on site was actually cared for, it would be much better. Some of these issues are not the fault of the host, the host was super helpful and accommodating.

  Nice location—just a couple blocks from Waikiki Beach and lots of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Lots of street noise, which was the biggest issue for us. Had problems with the bed supports, but they came in and fixed it. However the bed still was not very comfortable. The place is better suited for three people. We had two children with us. They said the couch was okay, but the other (futon?) was extremely uncomfortable. Space is also better suited for 3 or less.

  We had a great time on our vacation staying at this unit. Everything as described. Clean, close to everything, and newly remodeled. The host and his team were very friendly and responsive. We were missing some amenities in the unit and they brought them to us the next morning. Rooftop pool and common areas were clean and well taken care of, laundry machines and dryer worked great. We felt at home all week and this is what we wanted so we were very pleased. As others have mentioned it is on the 7th floor and downtown so there is a lot of city noise and some music from the neighbor but not intrusive where we couldn’t sleep or enjoy the unit.

  This was my first time to Hawaii and the location was perfect if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Waikiki. Everything was within walking distance and right next to the beach. The only downside is that you can hear a lot of street noise. But overall, the stay was clean and we were provided with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
